Delray Honda - Displeased Buyer

Purchased a used car which they claim was safety inspected and gone through with a fine tooth comb. Reality is one tire had seperated belts in it, one tired had a screw in it, broken motor mounts, mis matched pitted spark plugs, and a cabin filter that is covered in mold. This is not up to my standards of safety, however it is for this dealership. I was repeatedly told used cars are not perfect. I never expected perfect, I just expected a vehicle safe for the roadway and an "honest dealer" which obviously this one is not. ★
